The currently existing Fan Club \"Dears\" for the most wonderful japanese entertainer Gackt, is only for people living in Japan, but fans worldwide also want a possibility to join it!!!
So the German inofficial Gackt Moonlighteyes Fanclub try to gather as many signatures as possible for this petition and then send it to the Gackt, Dears and Nippon Crown, with a request to create an official international Fan Club, so we can enjoy all the advantages the Japanese have!
