102 AnonymousI fully agree that spending to schools should not be considered when the Council is attempting to raise attainment and achievement. Schools are already experienced many financial restraints without such devastating cuts this year of this magnitude.
103 Bridget O'HareIt is very disappointing to note Aberdeen's Lib Dem/SNP council propose to squeeze the education budget. Every school has capital and maintenance costs, in addition to educational and community priorities. The Lib Dems were part of the Scottish Executive which granted £1.947m to Aberdeen City's schools. Spend this on schools!

105 Margaret DownieI am a Music Specialist in a SEN school and in order to fully cater for my pupils' needs I am currently relying on fundraising and the generosity of parents and friends of the school to allow pupils to have activities highly beneficial to their social and educational development as well as purchasing new instruments as our school role rises.

110 Catherine BlairPlease sort out the continuining mis-management of fundinding schools since Aberdeen have transferred to the shambles that now exists in education administration. An honest enquiry into the existing situation would not be amiss.

118 Disgusted of "Old Torry"Aberdeen Electorate were fooled into electing this lot in May 2007. If You Vote for Crap, You get Crap.
119 AnonymousAlthough we understand tath ACC has major problems with overspend, we are concerned as parents at the drastic measures being proposed. We fear tath it will hit our most vulnerable children and have a knock on effect on staff morale and their mental health. We are particualrly worried about the proposal to redeploy support for Learning staff. These valued and essential members of staff are not slack to be vired elsewhere but vital to the leaning outcomes of children with additional support needs.
