| 103 | Bridget O'Hare | It is very disappointing to note Aberdeen's Lib Dem/SNP council propose to squeeze the education budget. Every school has capital and maintenance costs, in addition to educational and community priorities. The Lib Dems were part of the Scottish Executive which granted £1.947m to Aberdeen City's schools. Spend this on schools! |

| 105 | Margaret Downie | I am a Music Specialist in a SEN school and in order to fully cater for my pupils' needs I am currently relying on fundraising and the generosity of parents and friends of the school to allow pupils to have activities highly beneficial to their social and educational development as well as purchasing new instruments as our school role rises. |

We fear tath it will hit our most vulnerable children and have a knock on effect on staff morale and their mental health. We are particualrly worried about the proposal to redeploy support for Learning staff. These valued and essential members of staff are not slack to be vired elsewhere but vital to the leaning outcomes of children with additional support needs. |
