Philadelphia Public schools are facing a very somber time. A "Doomsday Budget" has been passed, which will allow for just the bare bones in schools across the city. The students of Philadelphia, whom already have less than their suburban counterparts, will be at more of a disadvantage. As of now nurses, counselors, aids, and numerous other staff are not accounted for in the budget. Schools will be expected to function without the necessary staff to supply students with the best opportunity for learning. Please help fight for the needed funds so that the students of Philadelphia public schools do not suffer!
