    Comments: I think this facility is absolutely ESSENTIAL for the people of Cairns. I personally know of so many families who have been affected by one type of cancer or another, and they have had to spend thousands of $ travelling away for treatment and missing their family at this sad time. Wonderful to see COUCH and Pip & Charles supporting this very worth cause.

    Comments: As a health student I watch the Cairns health facilities dwindle as the Townsville facilities are continually being improved. Cairns needs some good facilities for cancer patients and their familys.

    Comments: We need this for our community. My parents spent last year travelling to and from Townsville on a weekly basis for Dad's treatment. Mum had no family support and developed her own illnesses as a result.
