Comments: I spent a significant amount of time at the IWK as a child and as an adult I believe it's important to show the kids how important laughter and fun is for healing. I think that Buddington is very important to the children (many of whom spend a majority of their life there) and having him around more than two days a week would mean alot to them. I hope the administrators can find funding to extend his time there and this petition makes a difference.

Comments: I feel strongly about Buddington and that he should be hired full time to meet the sick children and keep them entertained to ease the pain and stress the children are going through. It is the greatest thearopy when a child has someone they can trust with their emotions and pain.

Comments: As an owner of a baby store in the Annapolis Valley, I often hear amazing stories and fond memories of Buddington. Children need to laugh often, even if they're sick. It takes a very special person to make sure they smile every second they've got. He is as important to the IWK as any doctor treating them.
