The only way to achieve full-employment again in the face of the capitalists' control of the market constantly making labor more productive per person-hour worked is setting the full-time work-week at 20-hours, but for 40-hours pay, with the difference NOT paid by the employer, but by EICs (Earned Income Credits) funded by a Social Profits-Sharing Surtax on the net surplus incomes of the general rich in each country, after all other taxes, investments, costs of doing business and donations. In most US States that tax would start being charged on net personal, afer-all-other taxes, incomes over $55,500 per adult. (Exodus 16:18). Business Democracy is achieved where all for-profit enterprises with 100 or more employees must have a Board of Directors of 9-99, with 1/3 workers/farmers of that enterprise, elected by them; 1/3 stockholders or owners, elected by them; and 1/3 members of the communities, States,Provinces and Nations where an eligible enterprise have a facility, publicly appointed by local, State (Province) and national Economic Councils of 9-999, half +/- 1 of each naturally occurring gender, elected by all residents aged 12 or above, in that jurisdiction.
