Comments: FHTM gave me the opportunity to become a professional business/entrepreneur with mentorship from other successful mentors who have been leaders in other walks of life. They taught the mechanics how to conduct business and use my passion for a purpose.(other help one another who have been plagued by the corporate america box. The luxury to have freedom for a small price,to dream again to help my fellow man/woman. To lead others down a path that only the passionate, loving, driven and discipline can conquer. To set a standard of what success looks like if you are willing to look in the mirror and fix yourself.

Comments: This business model offers a level playing field for those who are willing to work for it. Unlike typical corporations there are no glass ceilings and no limit to one's growth. You can out-perform and out-earn those who came before you (have you ever heard of someone out-earning their boss, regardless of accomplishment?) This is a true, pay-it-forward model. Unlike my traditional business where I was training my future competition, here everyone benefits. We are a customer acquisition company, simply another avenue for companies to market their goods and services, much as a television commercials, online ads and radio spots do. How could this possibly be anything but fair?

Comments: This is a blatant abuse of power... FHTM & Herbalife are both legitimate Customer Acquisition companies... What possible motive could the FTC have in this witch hunt as they seek to destroy our legitimate rights to earn a living by getting customers for Tier One companies in various industries (Telecom, technology, entertainment, health products, weight management, beauty products, etc)...

Comments: Fhtm has been up front with the fact that it takes ambition and HARD WORK to make it in this company. The FTC Would like you to thank that they are watching out for your best interest. When nothing is futher from the truth, The taxes the Middle Class Americans pay, are what keep FTC and Big Gov running. If we were to no longer be Middle Class citizens they would not get paid. They want to keep you dumbed down, and play by their rules. So if we can't fight for our right to properity, we may as well join the 50+% who have given up and gone on well fare. Your either poor or rich or they own you.

Comments: Hello, I am an FHTM rep. FHTM has never ever paid me for simply recruiting a new rep in the business. FHTM has paid me to get new customers, and has paid me a residual every month on those customers who continue to use the products and services. It's about orders. It always has been. FHTM only pays on successful new and repetetive orders it receives from customers, period. ALL residuals are paid on orders. ALL bonuses are paid on orders. I've yet to receive a check from FHTM that compensates me for bringing a new rep (not a customer) into the business. I know that all of FHTM's training materials state this. I know the FTC cannot produce any computer records of mine or any other rep I personally know that states otherwise. I think the FTC has abused its powers in this case, and if the courts are fair, will find that the FTC is wrong, and has hurt a lot of people in the process. The only "scheme" I see here is the illegtimate farce the FTC has brought up in the courts that will ultimately cost the tax payer.

Comments: Being in business with FHTM, I understood and willingly took the risk that the free enterprise system affords: that based on my delivered results my business venture could have zero gain as well as unlimited gain. Someone can unrealisticallly expect a windfall from a venture that costs less than $1,000 and to which they treat like a hobby. I did not.

Comments: I have been a part of the direct selling industry for 2 years. I also own a traditional business and a franchise. All three business models require hard work and effort to achieve success. What drew me to the franchise model was proven systems for operating & marketing that were already established. The benefit of MLM was it also had the proven systems but the upfront investment was incredibly low considering the cost of a franchise or traditional business. The other benefit of MLM is the cooperative work ethic vs. competitive to achieve results. Together people can achieve more. Franchises as a legitimate business were attacked in the 70's, so we're MLM companies. It is time to realize the benefits these companies and the industry bring to hardworking people and to our economy. The government should not be allowed to temporarily or otherwise shut down business operations without proof of wrong doing. Allegations, false at that from non credible sources are not proof, and under no circumstances should be able to harm a legitimate company and their hard working representatives. Where is the protection for the hardworking reps, and the legitimate business against false allegations? Do we live in a Country where you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Temporarily shut down any business, a restaurant, a retail store, a car dealership, a doctors office, or a MLM, for a couple weeks or months and you cause tremendous financial harm to legitimate companies and those individuals who make their living through that company. Investigate a company when and only if you have factual evidence.

Comments: John, Today, Cleeta Horsepower, who resides in Garden Ridge, San Antonio, TX called me in response to my ad requesting information on obtaining satellite tv service. She has 5 TV units she needs service connected to. Since January 2, I have had no less than 5 others calls for similar services I market through the opportunity FHTM has afforded me to participate in. Do you realize what you have done considering the state of our economy? Stop the madness. FHTM is a legitimate business venture for those who treat it as a business and not as a hobby or lottery.
