EEE 4330. Microelectronics Engineering (3). Prerequisites: EEE 3300 and EEE 3300L. This course covers design and fabrication of solid-state devices. Topics include oxidation, diffusion, metallization, photolithography, and device characterization.

This class has not been offered for many years. There is a good possibility that it can be offered if we can show enough proof to our department that there is enough interest in the subject. The same can be said of a number of these such electives. Sign if you believe this course should be offered Spring 2012.
