Name: Christine Furnell on Sep 5, 2008Comments: I strongly disagree with the move of Fr Aidan Troy as i feel since his arrival at Holy Cross, Ardoyne as a community have overcome some of the most tragic circumstances ever occured within an area. As a local resident i personally have found Fr Troy has helped me cope with close friends deaths, suicides & attempts to take their own lives .I also personally feel that the current matters which are occuring in ardoyne will only get worse in his absence.Flag

Also for keeping all our parents safe and giving them good advice. When we had bad thoughts about the protesters you always helped us to see things differently so we wouldn't have hate in our hearts . Also for being a very good friend to our family we all love you and want to keep you here with us where you belong I pray the committee will change their minds .Flag

Name: John&Alice Murphy on Sep 6, 2008Comments: Dear Fathers, We would like you to reconsider your verdict on the appointment of Father Aidan Troy to Paris. Apart from the fact that he will be greatly missed, he was a great support for the people of Ardoyne, and we feel that he should be able to continue his work here.Flag
