Comments: I was frozen in 2007 with an account worth over 100 million. (Inflation would have made it worth 300+ million today) I had logged into my friend's computer while visiting his house. Evidently they thought he was too good at restocking to be human, and IP-froze him for "using an autobuyer." He was also worth over 200 million. This IP freeze also hit my account, which was not guilty of anything but being briefly logged in at his house for 5 minutes, then logging out. I'm uncertain if things have changed, but when I emailed them, they sent me rehashed pre-written notices that various unfairly frozen players assured me I would receive. I gave up trying.

Comments: My account was just under 10 years old. I keep a great Usuki shop stocked with 76 different Usukis. I kept the shop stocked everyday right up to capacity. One day the site worked...the next it didn't. I have emailed them everyday since but no reply. I looked up one of my pets and it said the owner of this pets account has been frozen....why I have no idea! After 10 years of work all is lost I'm afraid!

Comments: I've played Neopets for about five or so years. My account was frozen this week on Tuesday, due to Neopets unfairness. I have two sisters and a brother who share this computer to log into their neopets accounts. One day, I go to log in to find all of my accounts(except one), all of my sisters, and my brothers accounts were frozen. Their reason for freezing us? "This account has been frozen because it was one of many being used to earn neopoints/items in dailies." The only this I ever do on sides is transfer pets or feed them; not play games/do dailies. I have a feeling since they froze all of our accounts except my one extremely inactive side, this has something to do with my siblings and I using the same computer. I have no idea how to cheat to earn neopoints or items TNT. I had over 3 million neopoints, many nicely painted pets(including royals) and had several UC pet offers. If I don't get my accounts back, I'm quitting. Neopets, calm down on the account freezing. I think TNT needs to worry more about CGers and Auto Adopters/Buyers instead of freezing peoples accounts for no reason.

I spent hours on a picture to enter for the beauty contest, and literally right after I uploaded it bam my account was frozen. Some shit about using a picture that wasn't my own. Yeah okay I want those hours of my life back. The picture was completely and entirely my own, and it wasn't even that good! Whatever. I never got my account back after trying hard so I just gave up and quit neopets. I recently starting up neopets again but I always think if my account hadn't have gotten wrongfully frozen I would have a lot of nice unconverted pets. I think those bitches owe me unconverteds.

Comments: My account was frozen today, on the grounds that my account was found to be buying or selling neopoints or items. This is not true. I'm underage and I'm not allowed to purchase things off the Internet. I didn't even know it was possible to buy or sell neopoints with real money. Recently, a person with the username poohbearof4 bought everything from my donation shop I'd set up, worth 2,000,000 neopoints. The same person also had given me two of my goal items I had posted on my userlookup. I was so over-the-top happy that someone was so generous. That was a week ago, and now my account is frozen. I've been playing the game since I was 5, and this account since I was 11. I worked hard for the things I already had on the site. I'm so frustrated and upset. Stop the permafrost!!

Comments: Neopets is a game, pure and simple. I cannot see why it matters how a play acquires neopoints and/or items. So what if a play chooses to fork over real cash for them? The game is continuously ongoing where NO ONE is an actual "winner." TNT needs to get over themselves and revise the "rules" that they set up arbitrarily...yes, they constantly contradict themselves. Most people play the game because they enjoy it..it's for their pleasure. Accounts don't need to be frozen because they bought neopoints, or earned points on "side" accounts. It affects nothing in the long run.
