I had my main account frozen on april 13, 2007. I was fighting one player opponents in the battledome at the time, nothing that warrents a freezing, but after years of playing by their rules, paying for premium membership, and encouraging my family and friends to play the site, a frozen account is what thanks I get. I have been sending in account retrieval forms, and emailing staff members for over a year now in hopes that someone will tell me why my account was frozen with no reply. I am not only done with this site, their poor customer service and apparent lack of any business ethics has ruined what used to be one of my favorite pastimes. My children aren't allowed to have neopets accounts after that rewarding experience, and many of my friends and family members who did enjoy the site, don't play anymore either.Flag

I, being sneaky and very capable of fooling people, decided to pretend (on the same account) That I was my cousin and that we shared an account. Fair enough, right So I go right ahead and talk to him and the secrets start pouring out. By the time we'd been talking for an hour, the scammer was forgetting he was talking to the girl's cousin and went on to explain his devious plan of scamming me; thus his nickname, "Scammer" was born. My Dad called me down for dinner at that point, and I obediently logged out and headed downstairs. (Sorry if I'm boring you, I'm getting to the point here, guys!) After dinner, my family and I settled down to watch American Idol. On a commercial, I decided to log onto Neopets. As I logged on, I felt a flood of joyfullness. My favorite beyond favorite "Idol" contestant, David Cook, had been dubbed "Best Proformance Of the Night" By SIMON COWELL! Now this was big news. By the time I had typed my password, my joyful level dropped drastically. "This Account has been frozen for the following reason: Sharing an Account." I re-read the screen several times until my sister called out, "AMERICAN IDOL'S BACK ON!" But my eyes were too flooded with hot tears to care. 26 Months of items. Every Codestone. 36 Petpets. 350k. Food, plushies, and grooming items galore. A painted pet and a stable wall of neofriends. All my hard work, of transferring it all onto one account, endless hours of playing games, and scammers, all the bad things that I have put up with over the years but kept playing, gone to waste. Never again will I see my little sister's face cheer up as much as it did when the faerie queen doll lit up the screen. Never again will my brother and I spend such good sibling-time: between neo-mailing and board-chatting, plushie collecting and auction-hunting, neopets brought us close. Never again will My Sketch Acara stare its Bright Bright eyes at me while I say, " Do you want this petpet" Reluctantly, my brother quit neopets when this happened to me but my big sister stayed. Figures. After numorous tries to get my account back, I stopped getting replies and figured this whole thing was useless. There are so many users already, can't you just let a pair of cousins have some fun and share an account The rules are too tight and TNT needs to lighten up. The amount of players they loose to their unfair ways is uncountable. TNT stinks. Now, I strictly use neopets to contact my cousin, neo-mail my Mom (who lives in a different state) , and chat on the boards with people who like the same things as me. But when I type in neopets.com, I no longer think of the happy, cheery place that my family and I held close to us. Typing in Neopets.com for me will never be the same. Unfreeze Cheeseilove! ~KVFlag

TNT has to make their rules clear for us to follow them. My very first account was hacked. I fell for a scam. I was new at the time. The person "promised" to give me neopoints and paint brushes. A few moments later, my inventory was filled with junk. All my neopoints were gone. I went to the Neoboards, and I was asking for help. Then suddenly I was accused of asking for people's passwords, and I was frozen. I emailed them, and like everyone else on here, I got no reply. FREAKIN TNT!Flag

In the message boards, someone gave me a link with the neopet website link on it. They said that you're able to recieve 500k if you click on the web link. So like all other newbies, I clicked it. The page that poped up was the same page as if you were to sign in with your account and password. Once I filled everything in, a page came up saying that my account was frozen. They wouldn't say why untill I clearly explaned to them what happend. Still, I don't get why my account was frozen if I did no harm to anyone. Someone else did it to me. They didn't respond till about ten emails later that I sent them. After they said no twice, I kept emailing them and then I asked if they could catch the hacker. It's kind of easy to catch them now since they've gotten into my account isn't it Well, I did try to get back to my neopets and they're all still there so I'm assuming something fishy is going on... That's what I think. It's been like this for over nine months. You'd think someone would have putten all of my neopets in the pound already but they're still in that same account and unpainted, on the exceptoin of my petri (Candleferia)Flag

My brother, sister and I shared a PC. One day, all of our accounts are frozen except my main one. For the past year I have been sending in emails to get my side accounts back without luck. My brother and sister gave up entirely, my sister was in hysterics... Today, I go to log in with my main account and its frozen. They say I was cheating with many accounts--How could I be cheating when they froze all my other accounts And cheating I wouldn't even know -how- to use a cheat device. I have absolutely no idea at all what they could possibly think I did wrong. But my main account was loaded and over 5 years old. I want it back so bad...Those pets meant as much to me as my real, living pets.Flag
