    Comments: i didn't cheat the rules and the terms of the conditions fo the neopets policy and my account get froze. i wanna know why my account get froze and i want to get back my account as soon as possible. there shoulb be one situation took place. i thought my account was been stolen from other's because i used to submit the fake login who wanna scam peoples. and i've got one mail from the (theneopetssecurity) and i fill that from with my user and password. i really wanna know that is the purpose of the forzen of my account or can i get back my items and nps as my account verification, i create a diamond deposit account in my bank i bought the snowball club from my last auction i sold the shadow paint brush for my last auction sold. i've got the mail in my inbox which is telling that he is not afraid of the battle, (from the user hellfiernce66) here is my neofriends list smartieeeeee miz_angle000 angryalien crazypso anthacker medical_emergency i didn't equipped my s3in pet. but i equipped my scorchio, illusion_s3in with two sticky snow ball, two snowball club, one hand painted scarab, one black frost cannon, one blue scorchstone and one radioactive muffin. i hope u can investigate my problems and hope to get back my account as soon as possible

I'm sure it was because TNT was upset that I had over 5 million NP and thought I was hoarding them all, so I was frozen for "falling for a fake login page," when I never log in because my password is stored- and no I didn't fall victim to a cookie stealer!

    Comments: they hurt my 12 year old daughter and froze her account calling her a cheat i play too these are totally false accusations she worshipped the site and told me all the rules and followed them like an innocent lamb now they froze us and accused us of something we did not do--cheat--and she grew up two years in one afternoon of tears when she experienced the other side of this site.

    Comments: I believe that they should tell us that they are going to freeze our accounts, not just freeze them with out a warning, I got my account frozen when I got alot of points from a game by accient..I didn't know that they were going to freeze my account because of that.. It is wrong because there are alot of kids on this web site and that would break their hearts. They think that these are their pets, not just a computer game..... I hope that they ask BEFORE they freeze the accounts...
