charity shops as i thought were supposed to be for those less fortunate an different charitys who need the help of the public. as cheap as it is things such as furniture, clothes,odds an bobs etc that have been donated by the public for those abit less fortunate an different charitys that raise money to help people who are in need of things but cannot afford to shop in high street shops due to low funds. this pertition is against every charity shop that is charging people high street prices for tatty items. for example a pair of worn ripped jeans about 10yrs old an being charged £9 £10 £12 etc just because they have a label with a brand name eg levis, addidas, topshop. The charity shops are turning into high street shops an getting away with it, Iam here to get charity shops to be charity shops for exactly what there supposed to stand for, i think everything in charity shops should be apound regardless of what the item is. If the staff were doing there job right they would not pic an choose there own price as they choose, so for all those who agree everything should be a £1 please sign this pertition. i feel if they carry on like they are then they will no longer be charity shops. yours T Duffy
