Dear Frisco Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney and City Council Our city government can no longer deny the negative impact that Exide Technologies continues to impose on the public welfare and the future progress of our city. The TCEQ and EPA’s regulatory laws and enforcement have failed to protect us and will continue to do so. Please make your first priority, the health and welfare of our children and community. I respectfully request the city to pursue the amortization process and other legal means to get the Exide Technologies Lead smelter, battery recycling plant, out of our community.
