There is a lack of authenticity in the gyros being served in Houston. Gyros are meant to be made with pork (or chicken), not lamb! Gyros are meant to be served with fries inside the wrap, not on the side! Gyros are meant to have the pita bread dipped in warm olive oil! We need Greek restaurants to step up to the plate and begin serving us the delicious gyros we came to love in Greece! If you agree, please sign the petition.
