Our Creole Culture is one of the Oldest in America ,in facr Our Culture predates America, However for over 200 years this Country and it's Politicians Have denied Us Our Culture and Right of self recognition.. When the American Government signed the Louisiana Purchase Treaty with France that relinquished the entire Louisiana Territory which more than doubled the size of America .The agreement specifically stated in Article 3 that the inhabitants of the ceded territory were to be given freedom and the same right to exist as the American People...Since the take over of the Louisiana territory by America these rights and priviledges that already existed were taken away and Our Creole Culture basically destroyed...Now over 200 years later nothing has changed and the America still has no intention of complying to the terms of the treaty..Therefore We, the descendants of These Creole People demand that the U.S. government comply with Article 3 of the treaty by acknowledging Our Creole People as a Bonafied Recipient of these terms of the treaty and also by justly compensation the Creole people for over 200 years and abuse and damage brought about by this treaty violation
