Defendant(s) have violated state trespass laws, on numerous times, causing damages to Tom Wilkinson's property. Sub. Sec. 127. Trespass to Land, ausing damage, and construction violations, while I Tom Wilkinson, Affiant/Plaintiff. The fact that an agent is acting on behlaf of his principal and reasonably believes that land is that of the proncipal or subject to be principal's right of entry will not shield the agentsagainst liability. And this rule even though hte principle specifically commands the agent to enter upon hte land. Nor is it of any significance that the principal is successfully charged with misrepresentation as to his right to possession nor that the agent caused injury to hte land by his entry thereon; there is much damage done to Tom Wilkinson's property, and just compensation must be tendered.
