This petition is to help a young man who has served 8 1/2 years in jail for burglary. He is the father of two young sons, who only know their dad from cards, letters , and a couple of visits a year. Yes Terrence did commit a crime, and should have to pay for it, I believe as well as some that eight years is a long time especially when he had no weapon.Terrence was a young man at the time, and has since matured and become a responsible person who is rehabilitated. I have known this young man for a very long time and I know with the outside support he has from family as well as friends he can be a succesful young man in society if given the opportunity. Jail is supposed to be a place for people to learn from their choices and rehabilitate. Terrence has done that, please help us to help get this young man clemency.
