Protect Free Speech and Cultural Expression For more than a year, the City of Madison has slowly been co-opting our public spaces and constricting free speech and artistic expression. Seen too many good street performers pushed out lately. They bring so much life to the area and the city just wants to squeeze money out of everyone.
