This rule and this judge are protecting RAPISTS, here and everywhere. We who fight against RAPE, VIOLENCE, and FEAR, we demand CHANGE, we demand JUSTICE!Flag

Name: Mary L. Vasquez on Jul 5, 2007Comments: Judge Jeffre Cheuvront's actions are absolutely unconstitutional, appalling and frightening. Prohibiting victims from the right of free speech in a courtroom is a sham that cannot be tolerated. Serious consideration should be given to unseat Judge Cheuvront. If this is an example of how he runs his courtroom, Nebraska residents should be petitioning for his expulsion as soon as legally possible. I pray justice will be served by forcing this judge to change his ruling and removing him from the bench as soon as legally possible.Flag

Name: Julie Lobocki on Jul 5, 2007Comments: What is our Country coming to Why must we always "sugar coat" things to appease the masses What happened to free speech I'm sorry if the truth hurts but it needs to be told!!!!! This woman needs a fair trial. That means being able to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! When did the Constitution say "we should pick and choose" the truth or better yet "water down" the truth to fit some judges agenda Shame on him! Dump the 'political correctness" and tell it like it is. We watch enough rape and sexual violence on tv every night. Since when can't we talk about these issues in "real life" in our court system where it really mattersFlag
