    Comments: Although I live a great distance from Nebraska, I was born and and raised there and this case has come to my attention here in Hawaii. I have followed it closely. I have been absolutely baffled by the rulings of this court. Citizens need to demand a change in the law if that is what is necessary to level the field in this case and give Ms. Bowen the opportunity to defend herself and speak her truth.
