Anonymous | That's just wrong. So, basically, this is an attempt to keep women from being able to get men for forced sex, right? That's what this looks like. It's basically saying "a man cannot rape a woman because we won't allow it be described that way" I'm disgusted by this. Yes, rape tends to be a negative term, but you can say "he raped me. He forced took advantage of me. He didn't use blows, but he still forced sex on me" It's rape no matter how you look at it--if you are drunk then you are not legally able to give consent. What... I'm sorry, but intelligent language doesn't cover what I feel on this issue. To properly express my outrage, I'd have to resort to many 4-letter words.

Anonymous | This is absolutely ridiculous that they are trying to take away free speech, especially in situations like this. As if testifying in a sexual assault trial wasn't hard enough!

This judge should be banned from the practice to for life, and a fair trial should be held for Tory and the other women who were raped by Pamir Safi. Any action short of this is a crime against liberty. |

Tammy Roussin | Tory - I was date raped in June and my case was similar to yours in that I did not consent and was drugged. My case is at the local prosecuting attorneys office and I have been treated horribly by the police -almost like I am the criminal and not the victim. This even though I have a voice mail from the man saying I did not want to have sex on the first date but I would have ripped his clothes off on a second or third date. Stay strong for all of us and see this through - even if you dont win (which Im praying for) you will know you did everything possible. Many well wishes, Tammy
Anonymous | This poor young lady and the others associated with this case are not being given the opportunity to fairly accuse the man who violated them.

Lindsey White | What happened to freedom of speech. The survivor should be allowed to explain what happened as she sees it. It is the jurys job to decide the case, but the case NEEDS to be heard correctly and accurately. This is wrong, she should have been allowed to describe the incident as it happened and not as how people want to see it.
