Comments: management team should try to find better way to solve the problem. Residents should know supplies and demand of parking spaces in Paddington Square. How many units are occupied and how many cars are registered with apartment address. how many parking spaces are available after giving one permit per one household and how to manage these free parking spots for residents who own 2 cars. After getting full information, we can know how to solve problem.. like cancellation of visitor parking permit, giving time to change car registration address.Otherwise, there will be a problem with Lanier drive residents.

Comments: Not enough notice was given of specific policy to be implemented. MVA has informed us that it will take 3-4 weeks to change the tags of our out-of-state registered car, but office is unwilling to issue parking permit or give assurance that our car will not be towed in the meantime.

Comments: This policy is against the human rights, They never consult with the community, I come back every day late at night and around is very dark and dangerous, It's not logic that you live and pay a lot of money and you can not park your car.

Comments: Most of time I came from work late at night and don't feel safe to park my car outside. I am suggesting that each apartment should get one reserved and one no reserved permit. Which makes it two per apartment? I think that way everyone will get at least one space. Hope it will workout something!

Comments: the management does not give us enough notification their changes. they didn't enforce last parking policy before introducing new one. I lives in this community for almost four years and when they enforced parking policy, we didn't have any problem for parking.
