    Comments: The right to vote is defined as the civil right to vote, or the exercise of that right. This man did just that. As a nation we are adding more and more rules that make it impossible for an individual to vote based on the residence that is indicated on a voters id card compared to a license. This nation needs to focus on issues that are of importance rather than what address you are using to exercise your right as a US Citizen. Pardon this man and get back to the real issue of this country
