Comments: Instead of prosecuting those who steal thousands of votes prosecutors take the easy way out and prosecute those who try to exercise their right to vote.

Comments: Govenor Paterson, please consider the facts and please come to a speedy conclusion here. I do not know the facts, nor am I a legal expert --- but, this has given me cause for concern, and I believe an injustice has been done to this man, as well as the voting public. I also suspect that this law should be struct down ASAP, as it is an anacronism that spits in the face of the (otherwise) legal voter. I am a registered voter who has voted for decades and care much for this Democracy. thank you, JW.

Comments: The Vote is a human right, it is seen as an American right. In a democracy there is nothing more fundamental than having the right to vote.

Comments: One may argue whether its a consitutional right or not, regardless. He voted only once, and went to trial three times until they got a conviction. This case deserves a pardon.

Comments: This poor guy did nothing wrong, other than take on the corrupt Democratic machine in Brooklyn. To convict him of a felony and disbar him (effectively destroying his ability to earn a living), is a real injustice.
