Dear Governor Cuomo, My examination of this case has led me to conclude that John O'Hara was a victim of selective prosecution for minutiae and prosecutorial misuse of power because he spoke out on truths that were unpopular. Please restore his good name and the INTEGRITY of the criminal justice system by pardoning him
I know Mr. O'hara, and I have communicated with him regarding a case in the DA's office. He is a good man and deserves all the support and consideration we can offer.
Unbelievable that this man's life and career have been forever changed- give this man his life back and investigate why this witch hunt was allowed to proceed in the first place!
Perseverance! I can hear my father saying "Water always seeks it's level" and it shall!!

Dear Governor Cuomo, My examination of this case has led me to conclude that John O'Hara was a victim of selective prosecution for minutiae and prosecutorial misuse of power because he spoke out on truths that were unpopular. John O'Hara's political career was destroyed and his good name smeared by this farce and injustice. It is time to clear his record and name!
All because John Kennedy O'hara registered to vote from his secondary residence, which he didn't permanently live.
The corrupt courts are victimizing me and my sister. Judge Pesche is the judge on my case. Why is He still on the Bench???? No justice. They are depleting my blind sisters assetts...and sueing me when i try and protect her form the corrupt courts. Louise Albenda Court appionted gaurdian is a liar...Her daughter works for the D.A. and Her Husband is on a hefty city pension???????
I have been involved in Brooklyn Politics since I was a kid, living on Shore Road where Brooklyn "king-Makers" came to our home weekly. John R Crews, Tom Dewy, Bill O'dwyer, Louie Lefkowitz, Len Hall and many more. My Dad became Comm of US Customs by Ike. I then learned much more thanks to my 30 plus year friendship with Roy M Cohn, Jimmy LaRosa Syd Korshack and more. John O'Hara was railroaded as many have before him in Brooklyn and NYC. We have not met because I am now in California dealing with health issues and cancer. I have learned much about the railroadings of Clarence Norman, Paul Wooten, Sampson and many More. John is a real guy and to me a true advocate for a sanatizing of the greed, corruption, spite, sand-bagging and worse in NY State. My Group is planning aq 3 part 1 hr each Documentary about Political and Judicial corruption in NY State. I am 76 years old and have seen and learned enough to try to sanatize the injustices and fixes in NY State. John O'Hara should be vindicated, as there are criminals fixing cases in NY Supreme Court who should be convicted who railroad decent advocates. Good luck here John JIM COURI

Thank You, Attorney John O'Hara for your strength and courage. We need more Attorney's like you to stand up and be counted for doing what is fair,righteous,kind and courageous. You are principled man with a great heart and mind. God's blessings and mercy to you forever...Don't Change who you are-and to God be the glory...I believe that the late Judge Phillips is proud of the man you are. I certainly am. God, his court, your guardians angels are forever by your side...We love, respect and thank you for doing your part.
