Comments: This is a case of the media convicting a man, an innocent person before the case is even heard. How many times have you read or listened to a story on the news of a robbery or murder and then made up youe mind that the person was guilty. I bet almost every time just like i did before this problem and way of thinking effected me and my family. That is the Power of the Media dont always believe what you read or hear.

Comments: "Crime is an intentional act or omission in violation of crimal law ...committed without defense or justification, and sanctioned by the state as a felony or misdemeanor" John Giuca is not a criminal nor was his act intentional, he will have his day in court again and I will be there holding his mothers hand as we go into battle....I have your back - Sarah Natoli, I know him and I love him!

Comments: HoW Can You Be Convicted on a crime that Was not committed by you. If a Crack Headed Young Man Wants to Commit A murder Why Should the Person who showed care and support to the murder victim when his own friends for years left him in an un-familiare place in New York. john is No Angel, But He is def not a $20 dollar killer. That fits the M.O of a Crack baby, not a young man who at that point in his life was going to college and striving for a good future taken away from him because of the fabricated stories given to the prosecution in order to help benifit the own situations. Albert had a record and he needed help, anthony was thief and stole over 15 grand in supplies and tools from Home Depot and his baby's mother was Bonnie, and Lauren wanted nothing more then to start over with her new boyfriend and enjoy the rewards given to her for her help in the fabricated accounts to the event that evening. Its funny how all the prosecutions witnesses had something to gain. where are the witnesses that dont have anything to gain the testified on John behalf implicating that the crack baby killer was the only and main party that caused the death of Mark Fisher, yet john was the master mind to this crackish action. Its sad that prosecutors cant get prosecuted for unlawful tactics.

Comments: I first met John in High school and when i was introduced to him he had nothing but funny and intresting intelligent things to say, after that i became friends with John and I can say with all honesty that, the organized crime unit that he was the don of, Never exsited, that was a total fabrication of the situation, concocted by the media and prosecuters to fit thier agenda. John was always a good person who loved life and would assist anyone who needed his assistance for this to have happened to him has made a mockery of the legal system which he was studying and doing well i may add as a student at John Jay college. He was not a "Thug" who preyed on innocent people as the papers stated, In this situation he was the innocent party used as a scapegoat to take the brunt of this horrible situation. I consider myself Honored to have had the luck to be friends with John and to have known him at all. Innocent until Proven Guilty not when the media has something to say about it.

Comments: United States prosecutors are often applauded for thier "never die-out-for-blood" mentality, regardless of facts or basic fundamentals. Poor John Giuca - a life-sentence for something he clearly did not plan nor wish to happen. Give the kid a chance; give him a new trial.

Comments: The prosecutors kept implying that "all roads lead to John." And that he must be "guilty of something". I went to the trial and heard no evidence of guilty of felony murder. In fact I heard about a young man repeatedly trying to find out "What happened"

Comments: Did you know that John had no police record. So the cops began "Dirty him up" by following him around "planting drugs on him" and createing a criminal file and then reporting it to the media. To puppet reporters like "Haberman' To portray him as a criminal to the public.

Comments: Reporters take sides and destroy peoples lives. Potential jurors read the paper and make decissions long befor they take a seat in the jury box. The media does not have the FACTS. They get their one sided theory from the one person(prosecutors) who just wants convictions for PROMOTIONS! Then the reporter sets out too Destroy!
