Comments: Mum of 4 children aged 12-19 feels that internet access is a rip-off considering that I'm currently paying $70 -100 a month for a dial up service. Why isn't our net cheaper considering the potential to our childrens education and more importantly its necessity to it!

Comments: I think free ISPs are necessary to a certain extent - being an International student - it's nice to get something free. I usually have internet access at uni, but there are times when you need the internet at home, yet it's not worth having to subscribe for a whole month when you use it only occasionally.
