The General assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches (GAUFCC) and the British and Foreign Unitarian Association (B&FUA) each hold very substantial financial resources. Whilst recognising that funds are dedicated and restricted in a variety of ways, the Unitarian movement is in perilous circumstances at this point in time - a situation that could be aided by the liberation of funds for such purposes as hiring additional professional leadership and covering the costs of urgent building repairs.
