Name: Jennifer Rooker on Dec 2, 2011Comments: I am horrified and ashamed of each person that has come in contact with this family and has not helped them, caused harm directly or even the cowards who looked the other way and "passed the buck". We treat dogs better than Frankie has been treated in America...this is inhumane and not acceptable. Please do not look the other way, help Frankie.Flag

Name: Frances Montera on Dec 18, 2011Comments: To be a responsible and caring society we must make humane and reasonable provisions for our citizens with disabilities. Laws and a public policy which supports this caring treatment must be responsible to an independant agency which can monitor compliance.Flag

Comments: I learned about Frankie's story today in my class, and wanted to do something to help. This is a disgraceful situation that made one of our own members of society vulnerable to traumatizing events in his life. I have the utmost respect for Frankie's mom with her advocacy, and trying to fight for 17 years, listening to broken promises. It needs to end now, it is 2012, we have failed a member of our society for 17 years. It is time for Frankie to be released. I am outraged that we still have an issue like this in this world filled with all sorts of technology and advances. How is it that we forgot a member of our society, and put him at risk like this? This is unacceptable. Everyone needs to be brought aware of this petition! Please take time to sign for Frankie. Even though this will not right all the wrongs society has placed on him, it will start him in the right direction. We as a society owe it to him.Flag -
