An eighteen year old man has been sentenced to 32 months in jail for 'reckless endangerment'. We, the undersigned, may not condone the actions of this young man but believe that the sentence given was politically motivated and does not represent the crime committed.
Please sign the petition if you believe that the sentence given to Edward Woollard was unjust and unfair. Prison isno place for a man who recieved 30 'excellent' character references in court, after handing himself into the police and expressing huge regret for his actions.
All who have been a part of the student protests should stand by this man and support him during his time inside.
