Dear Governor McDonnell: I encourage you to pardon Dustin A. Turner. Dustin did not commit the crime for which he is serving 82 years in prison. Billy Joe Brown has been convicted of that crime and has since confessed. Dustin has been unjustly imprisoned. We request that you grant clemency to Dustin Turner immediately.
