To: The Government, NIMHE, SHIFT, CSIP, SCIE, NHS & Social Exclusion Unit....

we are mental health system analysts....the powers that be tell us we should not be out of pocket for participating and we could not agree more (Reward and Recognition January 2006)....now we want you to prove it....by issuing those who wish to make a change in the mental health system the true means to participate....issue those of us on mental health benefits a travel freedom pass (zoneranger uk)....enabling us to attend and effect change of how our services are delivered....by representing ourselves at the meetings that really matter to us....without jeopardising our existing benefits....and allowing us the freedom to re-educate and re-train where we want to....at the courses we choose....this would be the first time in our journey we would have true diversity freedom and choice....
