Comments: Dear Mr. Govener, Please take a stand and keep fishing alive. Fishing has brought alot of income to alot of state and will continue to do so if kept open, but if it is banned alot of states will lose alot of money. Thanks for you time.

Comments: fishermen do everything they can to conserve future stocks because they want to continue their hobby. If the recreational angler were in charge of the worlds waters what an abundance of fish there would be.

Comments: Fishing is freedom! I am not from oregon but if rec fishing is banned there it could happen anywhere. This issue sounds like a case of big fisheries trying to protect their profits through phony enviromentalisam. This kind of tyranny needs to be exposed as it is undermining efforts of true conservation. If the real enviromental movement dies we will soon loose many cherished liberties-ie, hunting, fishing ,camping hiking, and the general right to enjoy nature.Just imagine a country without the above! All you will be free to do is work and pay taxes! We are moving in that direction as I speak.
