    Comments: I strongly urge you to support our rights to the recreational fishing in the near shore areas. We spend hundreds of dollers each year supporting the DFG, and the recreational fishing industry. We are not the ones that rapped the seas with drift nets, and gill nets. The fisheries that have been managed such as the white sea bass and haibut have been making great recoveries after gill nets have been banned. Karl Penson
