Part of The United States Constitution states the following:

Ex post facto
ex post facto adj. Formulated, enacted, or operating retroactively. [Med Lat., from what is done afterwards] Source: AHD

In U.S. Constitutional Law, the definition of what is ex post facto is more limited. The first definition of what exactly constitutes an ex post facto law is found in Calder v Bull (3 US 386 [1798]), in the opinion of Justice Chase:

1st. Every law that makes an action done before the passing of the law, and which was innocent when done, criminal; and punishes such action. 2d. Every law that aggravates a crime, or makes it greater than it was, when committed. 3d. Every law that changes the punishment, and inflicts a greater punishment, than the law annexed to the crime, when committed. 4th. Every law that alters the legal rules of evidence, and receives less, or different, testimony, than the law required at the time of the commission of the offense, in order to convict the offender.

Habeas Corpus

The basic premise behind habeas corpus is that you cannot be held against your will without just cause. To put it another way, you cannot be jailed if there are no charges against you. If you are being held, and you demand it, the courts must issue a writ of habeas corpus, which forces those holding you to answer as to why. If there is no good or compelling reason, the court must set you free. It is important to note that of all the civil liberties we take for granted today as a part of the Bill of Rights, the importance of habeas corpus is illustrated by the fact that it was the sole liberty thought important enough to be included in the original text of the Constitution.

Impeachment
Impeachment, in the U.S. and Great Britain, proceeding by a legislature for the removal from office of a public official charged with misconduct in office. Impeachment comprises both the act of formulating the accusation and the resulting trial of the charges; it is frequently but erroneously taken to mean only the removal from office of an accused public official. An impeachment trial may result in either an acquittal or in a verdict of guilty. In the latter case the impeached official is removed from office; if the charges warrant such action, the official is also remanded to the proper authorities for trial before a court. Source: FWE

 Our Testimony;

It is not our job to change our entire being and views because someone is afraid of being who they really are.  That is not what the constitution nor America is about.  How furious we are at these local government representatives and civilians who believe they have the right to actually take someones life, or destroy all they and their family have built because he can, or because they don't like the tone in someone's voice.  Because they are in control, or so they believe and are apparently according to the illegal actions they are taking against minorities and business owners, such as myself.  If not us, who? If not now when? If not this, why will we ever stand up for anything which is right?  This is incredulous and I'm embarrassed that I live here.  Help us put the real focus on the state officers who are in control of what goes on in our city.  They are bold enough to destroy but too weak to do the right thing.  Hold them accountable for the recent endangerment of my family and the continual targeting of my staff. Please sign this petition and hold the local legistlative officers accountable.  Stop their suspected terroism today. If they aren't responsible, let's pressure them to find who is and to hold them accountable and restore our lives.  If they are too immature to see beyond race, creed, color, religion, personality, variation and the right to believe differently, then they are not in the correct job field. This is not their little communist country to run as they please.  We make up the government and we need to fight back before any more damage is done and it's too late. Help us get our money back and close those companies which are destroying so many lives and allow the victims to be legally compensated or at least allowed to file lawsuits without being illegally retaliated against as there has been much difficulty getting fair legal assistance because everyone's too afraid of the powers that be. When you sign this petition you and we, are urging that the insensitive targeting, racial profiling, and bold discrimination ends and that apologies and true government which eradicates and produces positive results begins to be instituted within our communities. 

We deserve justice.  There are too many witnesses and too many injured.  Hold our local government officers, JFR, JSO, DCF, JEA, JTA, DOJ, EEOC, and DCSB accountable for working together to terroise according to various witnesses. I don't want to be a hero.  I want what was illegally and brutally ripped from me for no reason other than they feel it is their ability and job to do so.  Help us to remove corrupt officials from office once and for all.  Please! Don't let them get away with this corruption. It will oly get worse.  The law states every person which commits a crime are entitled to a fair trial and though this may not be the normal, it is our duty to at least pressure officials to do what they were hired to do.  Please sign today.
