JOE LOPEZ IS IN PRISON BECAUSE OF VENDICTIVE JUSTICE. When Joe refused to go along with the system proclaiming his innocense. The wheels were set in motion to convict him no matter what. They knew they did not have case for rape, so they put his character on trail, his past problems with the law, his problems with drugs, his womenizing etc.. etc.., A VENDICTIVE DA, A LAZY CORRUPT JUDGE, AN INADEQUATE DEFENCE TEAM, AND AN UNEDUCATED JURY. | 986 | Lorenzo Lopez | I am sure for some, it is easy to believe that my brother is guilty based on who he is.. “The Tejano KING” Joe, was always good to his fans and family, he never thought twice about giving his help to people in need; including his home. I am one of the many people who barrowed from Joe Lopez or, should I say accepted gifts. Even when, he was low in money; there was always money to give. With a heart and talent of gold, Joe never thought twice about being better than anyone, he would give from his heart and was n ordinary Joe. Since the age of eight years old as I remember he would give me some of his marbles to play, we would make a hole in the ground about three inches deep and play a game of marbles. When I would run out of marbles he would give me his marbles.
Many people get so used to receiving that they get angry when it stops. My brother thought it was the right thing to do when he offered roof to a child in need, even after knowing she had gotten in a fist fight with her Mother. We all knew she swore she would do anything possible to go back to her boyfriend from Baytown TX. The day after she cried rape her mother took her to get tested for rape and the test came back NEGATIVE. After four months passed they claimed to have found the same shorts she was wearing that day.
If we would have known then what we know now, my brother would be a free man.
The Lopez family would have made it a point to get the best defense lawyers. Neither we, nor my brother knew what we were supposed to do. We were so naïve we did not even hire a criminal attorney. Yes, it has been two years. But one day we will have our chance in court and the ENTIRE truth will come out.
I am proud to be Joe Lopez’s younger brother. And now is the time for the whole truth to come out.
