Tejano Superstar "JOE LOPEZ" is innocent and must be set free!
Joe was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. This girl whom you will learn all about in due time made up this horrible lie for her own selfish reasons. The lie was in exchange for a one way ticket back to Baytown, TX. Yes, here is where this sick and destructive lie
begins. She wanted to go back home to be with her boyfriend. She was told no over and over again. She found a way to get attention and her ticket back home. From that point the lies now become crimes being committed by other people to make this lie become reality. Yes, we will prove that JOE LOPEZ is not guilty of this made up crime. Why people wanted him to be found guilty for their own gain. The only thing that Joe is guilty of is not being prepared or of never believing that he could actually be found guilty by a Judge and Jury of a crime that never happened.
Joe was set up since the start of this horrific ordeal.
Joe’s music was played during jury selection. A 120 member panel Jury was told “We are putting the man on trial, not Tejano music”
Rape Kit – NEGATIVE. Test State performs on all garments of rape cases – NEGATIVE. And yet, they went back and EXTRACT any and everything from garment by soaking it, and found 3 different DNA’s on garment. DNA was on thigh in the stitching of short not in croutch as stated in court. There is NO WAY a 56 year old man will not leave ANY bruising, cuts, swollenness on a 13 year old. WHERE ARE THE SIGNS of RAPE???
During Jury selection -One juror stated to the DA, she could not consider the full range of punishment. She stated to the defense, she could not consider probation and added that she worked with children. Later she was brought in and again asked the questions by the DA, Judge and Defense; she said she had told the truth. But then changed her mind and was selected onto the jury. The Defense showed no notes of what she had stated to them and did not attempt to strike her from the panel. This same juror ended up as a juror in the trial. Plus, this same juror was seen watching the news during the trial. The fact that she was seen watching the news was brought up in the Motion for Mistrial which was denied.
Also, another potential juror stated to the defense that the DA had a screen up with information regarding to the case. He stated that it showed information pertaining to the case that he felt should have not been shown. This too was ignored by the defense.
In the Motion for Mistrial one juror stated he decided that Joe was guilty that Thursday morning when he woke up. Records show that defense began cross examining Thursday morning. Plus, a brother of Joe dated one of the juror’s. Husband of the same juror personally knew Joe.
And the in justice of this case goes on and on…….
Please help the Lopez family find TRUE justice. There was no crime other then the crime that has been done to Joe Lopez and his family!
