This petition is to stop the irrational hatred of Mr. Terror. Sure, he's annoying, but he only does it because he gets a reaction out of fools like YOU.
Banning Mr. Terror for 'spamming' in the Garden of Spam is not only stupid to begin with, but it would also set a dangerous precedent. Do you really want to see a heavily policed Garden of Spam with "vanishing" threads and random locking of threads, or do you want to relive the good old anarchy of the old days?
Plus, we need bad gunys to make fun of.
A vote for Mr. Terror is a vote for freedom of speech, and freedom to spam.
