I unfortunately no longer have them, but I got to know him, he talked to him, he's just a boy, not a man. all he wants is to be loved, I loved him. He should have a chance. |

For a child to receive a fair trial with a jury of his peers will never be for that child is simply a child. We will never allow children to sit on a jury. If we are so careful when dealing with an adult in a situation like this, how can we justify the unlawful acts from officers of the law when it pertains to a child? It is time to revisit the laws giving DA's carte blanche when charging a person of a crime when they can't tell the difference between an adult and child. Give the power back to the judges that have more sense. |
