Name: Jessi Wilkes on Mar 15, 2003State: AZCountry: USComments: I had a guest speaker come in to our classroom and talk about this very case, in fact he came out of retirement just for this case...he had pictures from the autopsy and everything... If a classroom of students can tell by just looking at the pictures that it was obviously a suicide, then people in P. county aren't very bright... You so called "law enforcement" have done a wonderful job in destroying this lady's life, and even though it is obvious that she is innocent, you are still trying to lock her away! What's wrong with you people! Leave her alone, let her live the rest of her life in peace!Flag

Name: Martin Morrow on Jun 19, 2007State: ALCountry: GBComments: HI MY NAME IS MARTIN MORROW A SOLICITOR FROM SCOTLAND AND HAVE DEALT WITH CASES LIKE THIS BEFORE. BUT I HAVE TO MIND THAT SCOTTISH LAW IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER LAWS ELSE WHERE. BUT 10 YEAR AGO IS A VERY LONG TIME AND IF THIS WAS TO HAPPEN IN SCOTLAND AND THE COURTS HAD TO TRY AND APPEAL AFTER 10 YEARS IT WOULD BE A DEFO NO NO. THIS CASE WOULD BE SCRAPPED AND THROWING OUT OF COURT AFTER 10 YEARS.BECAUSE TRYING TO RECONVICT SOMEONE AFTER 10 YEARS ARE LIKE SAYING FOR EXAMPLE THAT SOMEONE MURDERED A PERSON AND THYE NEVER GOT CAUGHT FOR IT TILL AFTER 10 YEARS.BUT OBVOUISLY IF THAT WAS TO HAPPEN THEN YOU WOULD BE CONVICTED BUT IN THIS CASE ITS THE OTHER WAY ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT THIS WOMAN HAS BEEN WRONGLY CONVICTED FOR A MURDER WHAT WAS NOT EVEN A MURDER IN THE 1ST PLACE TO START WITH.AND THE POLICE ARE IN THE WRONG FOR CONVICTING HER FOR MURDER WHEN IT WAS NOT MURDER. THE POLICE ARE TO BLAME FOR THIS THE POLICE CAN MAKE MISTAKES . BUT NOT LIKE THIS THEY HAVE TO BE SOMETHING DONE TO PREVENT POLICE MAKING MISTAKES LIKE THIS CAUSE THIS IS NOT JUST ANY SILL LITTLE MISTAKE THE POLICE ARE MAKING . BUT THE POLICE ARE ACTUALLY RUINING A INNOCENT PERSONS LIFE . AND PLUS HOW COULD THEY ACTUALLY CONVICT HER OR TRY TO CONVICT HER IN THE 1ST PLACE.THEY CAN QUESTION HER FAIR ENOUGH BUT THE POLICE MUST HAVE SOMETHING AGAINST THIS WOMAN OR ARE JUST NOT INVESTIGATING IN CASES LIKE THIS ONE PROPERLY. AND THE ONE I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST IT MIGHT BE IS THAT THE POLICE HAVE NOT INVESTIGATED IN THIS CASE PROPERLY AND SHOULD DO SO IF THEY ARE TRYING TO PUT THIS INNOCENT WOMAN TO PRISON. BUT LET ME SUGGEST AGAIN THAT MAYBE THE POLICE WILL NOT WANT TO INVESTIGATE IN THIS CASE CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY. AND IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN IT MEANS THE POLICE AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM ARE MORE THAN LESS GOING TO PUT A INNOCENT WOMAN IN PRISON FOR WHAT EXACT FOR BEING ACCUSED OF MURDERING AND A ACCUSED OF TECHNICALITY.THIS WOMAN HAS WENT THROUGH ENOUGH PAIN AND SEVER HURT IN HER LIFE LOSING HER BOYFRIEND AFTER HE WAS SUICIDAL. AND SHE DOSE NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH MORE HURT AND PAIN GETTING WRONGLY ACCUSED OF MURDERING HIM AS WELL AS LOSING HIM. AND 10 YEARS RIGHT ENOUGH I DO NOT NO THE LAW IN THE STATES. BUT STILL THIS IS A INFACT NOT A LAFFING MATTER. THIS IS A DISGRACE TO WAIT THIS LENGTH OF TIME TO TRY AND RE CONVICT THIS WOMAN AFTER 10 YEARS. THIS IS MORE THAN LESS THIS WOMAN IS BEING BULLIED SUCH AS SHE WAS ACCUSED 1ST TIME THEN NOT MUCH HAPPENED THEN THEY WAIT TEN YEARS LATER AFTER THIS INNOCENT WOMAN HAS NOT YET BUT WAS STARTING TO GET OVER THE SUICIDAL OF HER BOYFRIEND. THEN SHE GETS IT ALL THROWING BACK IN HER FACE AGAIN ABOUT HER BOYFRIEND BEING DEAD. I SERIOUSLY THINK THERE SOMEONE BEHIND THIS CASE THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO CONVICT THIS INNOCENT WOMAN AND SEND HER TO PRISON FOR WHAT EXACTLY FOR A MURDER THAT SHE WAS ACCUSED OF. AND THAT IS A BIG WORD FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE ACCUSED TO SOME PEOPLE WHEN THEY HEAR THAT WORD ACCUSED THEY THINK THAT THE PERSON HAS DONE THE CRIME. AND YET THAT IS USUALLY BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN PROVE ANYTHING AT ALL.BUT LET ME REMIND EVERYONE ACCUSED IS SOMEONE WHO IS BEEN ACCUSED OF A CRIME BUT IT STILL DOES NOT MEAN THAT THIS PERSON ACCUSED OF THE CRIME HAS ACTUALLY DONE THE CRIME TO START WITH.AND THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENED WITH THIS INNOCENT WOMAN SHE HAS BEEN NOT ONLY ACCUSED BUT SHE HAS BEEN WRONGLY ACCUSED OF A MURDER WHEN IT IS A SUICIDAL. AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CONVICT HER FOR A TECHNICALITY OF HER BOYFRIENDS SUICIDE. LET ME JUST MIND EVERYONE SUICIDE IS WHEN SOME ONE TAKES THERE ON LIFE ON THERE ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YET THIS INNOCENT WOMAN IS WILL MIGHT BE GOING TO PRISON FOR GETTING THE BLAME OF HELPING HER BOYFRIEND KILL HIMSELF.WELL LET ME SUGGEST TO YOU AFTER 10 YEARS OF HER ATTORNEY KNOWING HER AM SURE THAT THE ATTORNEY TO TELL YOU THAT SHE IS INNOCENT AND THATS NOT JUST BECAUSE THE ATTORNEY IS DEFENDING THIS INNOCENT WOMAN BUT ITS BECAUSE HE,S KNOWING HER FOR 10 YEARS OR MORE AND HE KNOWS THAT THIS WOMAN IS INNOCENT. I SERIOUSLY WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT THIS CASE SHOULD BE CLOSED AND NEVER REOPENED AGAIN. OR I WOULD SUGGEST IT SHOULD BE CLOSED AT THIS POINT IN TIME TILL THE POLICE INVESTIGATE IN THIS PROPERLY WHAT I THINK IS A LITTLE TO LATE AFTER 10 YEARS AND AFTER ALL THE PAIN AND HURT THIS WOMAN HAS WENT THROUGH NOT ONLY HURT AND PAIN BY LOSING HER BOYFRIEND BUT PAIN AND HURT WITH BEING PUT THROUGH ALL THIS WHEN THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WHEN SHE IS INNOCENT AND SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST A CHANCE FOR A RETRIAL IF HER ATTORNEY WOULD LIKE THAT BUT THEN IF HE OR SHE DOES NOT WANT A RETRIAL FOR THIS INNOCENT WOMAN THEN I THINK THIS CASE SHOULD BE DROPPED AND CLOSED AND NEVER REOPENED UNLESS YOU FIND MORE EVIDENCE TO CONVICT THIS INNOCENT WOMAN.Flag
