Bernard has spent more time in Boone County Ky Jail then he should be for a simple charge. A charge that any one can get simply because he didnt know he had a court date. When he goes to court they just keep pushing back his date and this is not justice. Im tired of going to court with him and see him still locked up. Im his wife and we have a son who is mentally handicapped with 5 congenital heart defects. I need my husband home. I have no one all of my family is dead and im trying my best to make it through these hard times. From one suffering family please sign my petiton in hopes that my husband and my childrens father will come home. This is uncalled for!
