Name: Michael Kahsai on Jul 10, 2003State:Country: CAComments: Eritrea and Eritreans are in desperate situation socially, politically and economically. I used to strong supporter of the goverment of Eritrea. Now, however, I choose to align myself with the oppressed Eritrean mass. Eritrea, at this point of time, is a big prison, with unimplemented constitution, with no free-press. The goverment of Eritrea has no regard for its citzen whatsoever, and has no vision to make Eritrea prosperous in the 20th Century. This goverment has got to go or has to be pinned down to exercise genuine democratic reform. Or-else, anarchy will reign in Eritrea. And, Eritrea will be the bread place for future terrorist. And more importantly, the horn of Africa will be destabilized, and will be war-torn place once more. Hence, please save Eritrea from this brutal dictator and his adminstration. By so doing, u are uncovering the remedy to the war-torn horn of Africa. Thank yor for your time! Best Regards, Michael Kahsai Toronto, CanadaFlag

Therefore, it should be respected any where in the world, including in Eritrea and in all other countries. SBSFlag

Name: Tesfazghi Yitbarek on Jul 10, 2003State:Country: NLComments: The ABC of participation of any national is to write or express him/herself on the day to day affairs of his country or her country without fear of insuraction, imprisonment or to exile. As an African and a well aware of the precarious deprivations in almost all African nations to their nationals to express their ideas or greavances, I join this petion to the AU members to give us our right of Fre expression now and at this moment and stop putting people for expressing their views into the gallauws.Flag

Name: Zewdu Wolde on Jul 11, 2003State: ALCountry: CAComments: It is a big transformation for the continents union, handling an issue like that, the so far meetings the union passed throught never assesed the brutality of leaders of nations rather, it looks like a gather of criminals. let as see while african leaders talk about dimocratsizing Africa, and denounce brutal leaders and their action.let's then relay and trust our selves. we have a dream that, one day African union will be a steeering that will lead African nations to democracy and end reffugee.Flag
