Name: Anonymous on Jan 6, 2004State: KYCountry: USComments: I think this is a great way to help younger kids get their pets healed. This will also help reduce the number of pets in the pound, some of which have extremely bad names. Please help out and make a place for all of those people who can't healed their pets.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 7, 2004State: AKCountry: USComments: I think this is a really great idea. It seems like everytime I go to the pound to adopt a pet, they are mostly newborns with an illness that some newbie has abandoned because they don't know what to do.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 7, 2004State: CACountry: USComments: I think that all neopians should get free health care for their pets- or at least perhaps we should be able to ask the healing springs faerie to cure our pets of illness or gain randon hit points. :)this would benefit all neopians, not just people 12 and underFlag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 10, 2004State:Country: CAComments: I am young and I just saw more disadvantages. No shop descriptions, no petpages, no pet descriptions and no neogreetings! I've done all of those before the new rule and I want to edit it! I think it's a great idea to have free medical care also because that would be a start of "Young Child's Liberation" or something :)Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 10, 2004State: PACountry: USComments: I think that free (or even partially reduced) health care would be a wonderful idea for less fortunate neopians and those who cannot pay sometimes over 10,000 np to heal their pet.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 17, 2004State: ORCountry: USComments: My daughter adopted a great pet and then found out it has ugga ugga. She's really upset but can't do anything about it:( If Neopets can invent these diseases and infect pets, they can certainly help to defray the cost of healing them!!!!Flag
