At the age of 17, Cody, a gay kid living with his family on Catalina Island (Los Angeles County, CA), copied a single graphic picture from an online adult website called "BarelyLegal" and
posted it in a chatroom. The site claimed that all models were 18 years old or older.
After an almost unbelievable sequence of events, during what can only be described as a gross miscarraige of justice, this young man is facing 10 years in jail...a sentence he is very unlikely to survive.
We are therefore requesting the Governor of Arizona, The Honorable Janet Napolitano to investigate the very real possibility that Cody's rights have been infringed, solely on the basis of his sexual orientation.
