Commonwealth lands which comprise a large area of the earth are still in large part property of the Crown. In Canada alone, one of the largest land masses on earth, less than 10% of the land is privately held in 'tenure'. The majority of the land, over 90%, is Crown Land, otherwise known as Public Land and remains as Crown leasehold and can only be accessed and used feudaly with the Crown reaping benefits out of "entitlement". Freeing up Crown Land does away with the idea of entitlement to resources, another's work or life for that matter by brutality and threats or the inherant rights resulting from brutality and threats and instead provides a founding action that fosters, promotes and assures social equality and brings about harmonius relations between people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Freeing up Crown Land is an assertion of the innate right of all people to the earth's resources, their work and the fruitfull sharing of it.
