A vast majority of us have come to the same conclusion. The CW has "failed" the Arrow in many ways, and as it pains me to use that trademarked line I find that it servers no better justice than now.

This is a call for the writers of Arrow to step down, and for DC to step in! If you feel as I do then please sign this petition. I'm sure I could go into the many different aspects of what I find wrong with this series, which has fallen so far from the second season along with the essence of what makes The Green Arrow true to our hearts. But that would only cause separation among many of us who feel that, at the core, something has gone wrong.
