Stuart is charged with Sec. 50-135.1. - Illegal carrying of weapons. The fine is usually set at $250.50, court cost $154.50, jail 30 days.  Stuart has lost is job because of the excessive bond of $15,287.50, he has been incarcerated. 
The eighth amendment to the Constitution prohibits excessive bond yet his legal defense has yet to support him. As of Dec 17, 2012 the public defender assigned to him has been out sick and no other defender has followed up to help.
