I am a young British Girl, and I recently began looking into the Israel/Palestine conflict, which at the best of times is a sensitive issue, and at worst a cause of grave offence, but I am a firm believer in Human rights, and a great disbeliever of violations of these rights. These violations didn't just happen in Deir Yasin, with the massacre of 107 villagers, or during the Naqbah where 726,000 people were torn from their homes, or during the dark December of 2008; they are happening now, the illegal settlements, the military occupation, checkpoints, just now we have seen a repeat of 'operation cast lead', only reiterated as 'Operation Pillar of defence.' I can't force you to sign, force you to care, feel emotions you don't have, but I can qoute a lyric, of an underdog, and hope it will speak to you in a way that I can't; 'I'm not related to the strangers on the tv, but I relate because those strangers could have been me' Free Palestine;Boycott Israel.
