I'm making this petition to shed light on the case against Omega Harris. I want everybody to see how unfair and unlawful it is to keep letting individuals who are previously charged with a crime who are asked to tell on someone or has volunteered to tell on someone to get their time cut continue to be able to say anything and it sticks just because they say so. Why should their credibility and their word be so believable now. The police or court system has never just took their word and believed them before? We need a system or someone to oversee the indictments and the evidence and make sure they add up enough to be deemed as a charge to be served against someone else. People are being charged with major crimes all over America with the slightes bit of evidence. Mostly by third and forth party hearsay. Alot of their jaded one sided statements shouldnt be admissable. Their are individuals all around the world who are locked up for something they didn't do just because someone didnt want to take respondibility for their own actions and they knew they had the option to tell on whomever and whatever and it be accepted as a true statement. I think If it wasn't so easy to tell and get off or get your time cut by telling individuals wouldnt commit as many crimes as they do because they know they would have to fully pay for their consequences. So please join me in signing this petition and maybe one day we can have an outside nuetral party to sit in on every trial and also check each indictment before they are served!!!
